NEP is a real estate investment and asset management company established in 2005 by Edward Williams and Torsten Bjerregaard (the “Founding Principals”).

The firm was originally formed as an operating partner for major institutions, including Lehman Brothers, with transactions funded on a deal by deal basis.

The creation of a flagship fund in their core markets is the logical progression for NEP and builds on the team’s track record of establishing successful fund management platforms.

NEP has offices in the UK and Sweden with 7 full time employees, including two additional Principals: Per Tängerstad, who joined the team in 2006 to head up asset management, and Johan Bernström, who joined in 2010 to further enhance NEP’s origination capabilities.

NEP is a member of INREV and is registered with the UK Financial Services Authority (“FSA” – reference number 509894).
