NEP Partners: January 2006

Per Tängerstad is based in Stockholm and is head of NEP Partners Scandinavian operations. Per joined NEP Partners at the time of the Linco Fastighets AB acquisition in January 2006 and is responsible for the day to day running of NEP's Swedish assets and also on finding new acquisitions in Scandinavia.

Before joining Linco in 2003, Per was head of CBRE’s investment division in Sweden and part of the EMEA team (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for 2 years and prior to that spent 4 years as a partner with DTZ Sweden. For the first 13 years of his career, Per ran his own residential real estate business. Per is a building engineer by training and has 22 years of practical experience in the Swedish real estate market.
