NEP is a real estate investment and asset management company established in 2005 by Edward Williams and Torsten Bjerregaard.
The firm was originally formed as an operating partner for major institutions, with a strong focus on the Nordics and, in particular, Sweden. Transactions were historically funded on a deal by deal basis.
NEP is currently in the process of creating a flagship fund, NEP Capital, in its core Nordic markets, which is a logical progression for the firm and builds on the team’s past track record of establishing successful fund management platforms.
NEP has offices in the UK and Sweden with a professional and dedicated staff, including two additional Principals: Per Tängerstad, who joined the team in 2006 to head up asset management, and Johan Bernström, who joined in 2010 to further enhance NEP’s deal origination capabilities.
NEP is a member of INREV and is registered with the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA registration number 509894).
