Andrea Filt is a Slovak national and has been practising law since 1994. Previously she has worked as in house counsel for ING in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, The Czech American Enterprise Fund, the US law office in Bratislava and Prague and Filtson. Her work has covered corporate legal matters under Slovak and Czech law (incl. M&A and venture capital investments) as well as property development and conveyancing in the Slovak and Czech markets (incl. performance of due diligence and obtaining zoning decisions and building permits).

Andrea performs legal services in her native Slovak as well as in Czech and English. In addition, she is fluent in Russian and Danish. She holds a LL..M degree from the University of London, scholarships from the USA and Netherlands and a graduate law degree from the Comenius University School of Law, Bratislavia, Slovakia.
