Asset Management

The Principals and staff of NEP Partners are experienced in asset and property management throughout Europe. Between them, they have worked on numerous real estate projects in 10 countries across Europe as well as in the USA. Ed Williams and Torsten Bjerregaard have been active in property investment and development since the late 1980's.

NEP Partners manages real estate for itself and its investor partners. Current partners include Lehman Brothers, a number of private property companies and high net-worth individuals.

NEP Partners believes in managing assets at the 'local' level with 'local' expertise and has offices and staff in each country where it owns and manages real estate assets (currently in the UK, Sweden and Slovakia).

Advisory

As well as having hands on asset management expertise, NEP Partners also provides transaction advisory services. From acquisition advice and detailed deal analysis, NEP Partners also offers a full complement of underwriting and due diligence services.
