In 2005 NEP Partners made a strategic decision to enter the residential and retail development markets in Central Europe, mainly due to the strong property and economic growth it could see there. As of today, several sites have been purchased in Slovakia and are now being prepared for construction, and many more are in the pipeline.

The targeted acquisitions are typically well located undeveloped land in lot sizes of €1 - €10 million, zoned for residential and retail development.

The principals of NEP Partners and its key project partners have more than 15 years of experience creating over 1,200 stylish contemporary homes for modern Europeans in England, Italy and Poland, as well as the development of over 300,000 sq ft of retail and industrial properties in the United States.
