Luna Development
In April 2007, NEP Partners acquired 0.65 Ha of land in Bojnice, Slovakia. The intention was to build 30 family homes, but due to high demand for building plots, the land was sold in May 2007. The sale resulted in NEP Partners generating 2.0x multiple on their investment in the land.
