Land in Nitra

In December 2007, NEP Partners acquired 4.5 Ha of well located land in the attractive Zobor area in Nitra, Slovakia. The land is zoned for residential development and the intention is to develop 500 contemporary apartments in 5 storey high buildings.

The area is currently undergoing a broader review by the City of Nitra, and planning permission is expected by the end of 2009.
