Senec Gardens
In August 2007, NEP Partners acquired 13.5 Ha of residential zoned land in Senec, Slovakia. Architects, engineers and other service providers were retained for the preparation of the land for a 286 unit, 33,000 sqm residential development with 3,000 sqm of retail space. The total budget for the project is in excess of €50 million.
Beginning with the construction of infrastructure (roads and utilities) in June 2008, the first houses and apartments are expected to be delivered to the market in late 2009.
