Timotejen 20
In September 2006, a joint venture between NEP Partners and Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners completed the acquisition of Timotejen 20 in Stockholm, Sweden. NEP Partners now owns the property in its entirety, having purchased Lehman’s share in April 2008.
Timotejen 20: 9,000 square meter mixed office and industrial building located in the rapidly developing area of Telefonplan and leased to more than 25 tenants.
