Sydsvenskan-huset
In August 2006, a joint venture between NEP Partners and Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners completed the acquisition of Sydsvenskan-huset in Malmö, Sweden.
Sydsvenskan-huset: 21,000 square meter office and industrial building located in Malmö, with Swedish newspaper, Sydsvenskan Dagbladet, as principal tenant. Also leased to Stryker and LRF Media.
Following a period of 18 months of active asset management, including the renovation of parts of the building and the extension of one of the key tenants leases, NEP Partners and Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners sold the property to the Fund 'Focus Nordic Cities' managed by Catella Real Estate AG KAG for approximately SEK 315 million.
